It was a sunny but windy weekend here. We haven't had much moisture recently, so yesterday some nearby fires set to burn off the ditches got a bit out of hand. Of course Dane thought all the activity and the fire trucks were great entertainment.
Mark, Anna, and Morgan were here with us for a few days. Mark took the kiddos and dogs out gopher trapping. Nora was a big help!
The first catch!
Nora helping again.
Cousin Morgan
Both families out for a wagon ride behind the 4-wheeler.
Checking more traps.
Dane gives Morgan a little ride.
Getting the old tractors fired up.
Planting a garden with Daddy.
My "trail run" along the cow paths in our pasture. For now I'm just dodging gopher holes and cockleburrs. Soon it will be fresh cow pies!
After meeting today, the kiddos went to meet this pretty little 2-day-old calf.
Nora wants a peek too!
Pretty girl out in the farmyard. I don't suppose this is the occasion you had in mind when you bought this dress almost 2 years ago, Renee?
Playing on the tractor.
Looks like we have a little girl living here these days. I find dollies here and there every day!

Very cute pictures! I love the little dress Nora has on from Renee. Also love watching your children grow. Absolutely adorable!
