We survived!

Our household made it through Mommy's first week back to work, mostly because of all the efforts of the world's greatest Daddy! Before my work day on Monday, Nora had her 2-month appointment and shots. She weighed 10 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 22 1/2 inches long. (50th percentile for both.) Here she is with her "boo-boos." She was a little champ through everything, making it even harder for Mommy to then drop her off at the baby-sitter's house and head to work.
When I got to my desk, these roses from Mike and the kiddos greeted me. (I told you he was the world's greatest Daddy!)
Our neighbors moved away this week and didn't want to move this little truck that their kids have outgrown, so Dane inherited it. He thinks it's pretty great!
He hasn't quite learned to fully steer and maneuver it, but he thinks it's loads of fun to step on the gas and go full speed ahead (not really that fast!) until he runs into something!
He took Nora for a little ride. She seemed a bit concerned about his (lack of) driving skills.
Dane was happy to have a passenger!
Dane's new hat- Mommy was too tired to cook!
Watching the street for the "Elmo truck" he heard while playing in the backyard. For almost a year, this has been his name for all ice cream trucks. We think it must be because of an Elmo sticker he picked out on one of the first trucks he saw.

Dane - you should move up here and open up a Sonic...I'll provided the operating line of credit. You just 'get 'er done'.
