Beautiful skies, lots of green, and blossoms! It was a long time coming this year!

It seems I am always taking photos of my beloved little ones (who are getting bigger everyday) and all of our animals.  Here are a few recent ones.

Charlie is nearly 60 pounds.  Here he is riding with Nora on the way to the vet's office.

He had to wear this funny collar for a few days after his little surgery.

Dane and his classmates made flat versions of themselves (from the book Flat Stanley) to mail around the world.  Flat Dane visited our friends, the Engels, in Australia and had many grand adventures.  They sent him back with some very fun photos.  Dane took these pictures to show the Engels how much Jill has grown since they saw her last August.

It got very quiet last Tuesday when Nora and I were home.  I finally found her on Dane's bed (her bedding was being washed), and Pepin had cuddled in for a nice nap.

One of our old hens has adopted our chicks!

Mother's Day

My Mother's Day began Friday when Mike and the kiddos gave me a beautiful cruiser bike.  It is so fun for bombing around the countryside and even making little trips to our local grocery store.  We spent Sunday at special meeting with my parents and Grandma (her first Mother's Day without Grandpa).  Afterwards, we went to a park where the kids had fun on the big otter.  I count my blessings every day!
